I think people aren't reading between the lines on this. From MLs perspective, his relationship was getting better with MC, MC was starting to "open up" and "rely" on him more, but ML just realized, it was all because of the pregnancy hormones. Did MC even like him? Or was it just because MC was pregnant? That's what angered ML. He doesn't know what to believe anymore, and he can't take the rejection that might come if MC "finds out that his 'love' and 'clinginess' were just pregnancy symptoms". Or at least thats what I took from this chapter

adding on this, I think Taeju also blames himself from all of this. Like he ruined Euhyuin's life and then their child died so maybe he's blaming himself from all of these.

Ooh I like that take too! Because he sees himself as someone who constantly hurts Euhyuin (which he has) but this is just one more hurt. It also uses the scene they showed earlier in the chapter, where Euhyuin doesn't care about a house or security or debt. They show him hugging his brother, so Taeju knows the importance Euhyuin places on family.... And Taeju is once again "responsible" for the "death" of Euhyuin's child... But there's all these complex emotions shown in the artwork and not in the dialogue, and most comments I've seen focus on the surface level dialogue parts.

Like the end of this chapter Taeju is literally melting. He says to end things but he's falling apart, he's drowning. Why? There's so much going on that's all so complex. Emotions and thoughts that can't be easily explained in dialogue or thought bubbles. This story is actually full of little details in the art if you look closer, and I kinda love it

FR, this is a VERY WELL MADE AND WELL DRAWN Manhwa. That's one reason why I really love it and is reading it.

I just hope, Euhyuin fixes HIMSELF FIRST before he help fix Taeju. Cause He's literally shattered to dust now.

Based on the author's take on depression, I just hope that is not the case for the next scenes.
