I mean it also might just be the trauma and abuse that literally chemically and physically alters the brain state and triggers survival instincts
that is sadly me…
for someone soo intelligent in her class, she can actually be quite a dumb dumb, right? i mean if the doctor said that most nobles has regular check-ups and she herself said the duke ordered his doctors to have her own health monitorated, why can't she put two plus two together and think "hummm maybe the B1TCH lover of my soon-to-be-husband is lying in the future i saw"?
