Toxic can be “good” in this as in, it’s an interesting story regardless of the relationship that mc has with ml. Some stories are entertaining in that way, but I gotta say, seeing the comments of spoilers and what is going to happen next I can tell I ain’t going to enjoy this personally.
Yeah I get you and I am just kidding with my first comment and said it like that to convey that however absurd it may sound, the point of the original comment is right.
