I don’t know why ANYONE would come to this conclusion., that if this was 18+, Cirrus would do something rapey when we know he has trauma from being nearly raped and SA’ed by a teacher he trusted before. That’s so insensitive and clearly they did not read.

Like I don’t see any Sky fans or Cirrus fans (normal ones) being this unable to read and realize both are in the wrong at times and can change.
Also it’s weird when some people basically count who did more wrongs between the two of them to justify/minimize Skylar’s wrongdoing when it’s more about what they are capable of doing. Chapter 101 showed us that Skylar is someone who’s capable of beating the shit out of his partner if they trigger his anger issues enough and Cirrus just let him get away with it. It doesn’t mean that he’s irredeemable or deserves hate (obviously Cirrus was at fault too). It just means that he’s also morally grey character not just a complete victim and their dynamic is much more complex than a plain victim&abuser portrayed in many popular BLs.

Like how hard is it to be not biased
Many acting like Sky is the only victim, and as if everyone blames him. Nobody blamed him without reason, some blamed him because he beat until the other bled. But I promise they don’t hold a grudge about what Skylar did, nor do I.
Skylar had a reaction, his trauma was also triggered in a way without Cirrus realizing because they have yet to discuss. Cirrus was in the wrong, I don’t wanna see nobody babying him except for the jokes (I know we like to have fun sometimes), and same for Sky. Their relationship IS progressing, slow progress does not equate to no progress!
To that who commented on Cirrus’s mental health: Calling someone’s trauma a tantrum and insecurities is really…icky. And no a rational choice isn’t beating your partner up when you know they have trauma relating to physical abuse. That’s fucked up.
I promise you not everyone blames Skylar. If anything, I’ve seen a lot blame them equally. Nobody is hailing Cirrus like a saint, we know he has problems. All I care is that he apologized and Skylar accepted that (for his past faults), but I also accept that Skylar will doubt him at times (even though he did believe in him instead of fatty in raws).
So what is up with some weird Sky fans gaslighting by bringing up the past? Y’all are worse than Cirrus in the gaslighting (insert laugh emoji since Mangago won’t let me).

There’s a difference between normal Sky fans and normal Cirrus fans, versus seriously deranged fans who disregard the other and favor their own, not even comprehending the story nor trying to.

What are you gonna do then? Hold a grudge when Skylar himself accepted the apology and asked him out first? Nobody forced Sky to be in the relationship, and he can leave anytime. As for Cirrus, he definitely needs intense therapy because I doubt Sky can help him.
I’ve not once invalidated Skylar’s mental health, so I don’t get why so many invalidate Cirrus’s mental health. I think this is the difference between biased people vs people who actually care for both of them.
