The storyy has literally only begun and everything that you've pointed out as makiing it uncomfortable, seems to be intentionally put there for that very reason. And i disagree that it's "basically r*pe". Had Guem manipulated or forcefully taken Taesun that night before or after seeing his dream, then 100% SA at it's finest. But even with Taesun's reasons for going through with it, this was consensual. I wouldn't have expected their first time to be like any other BL where, even though its the uke's first time, it's "omg it hurts and i'm in pain, it feels amazing having a rod jammed up my a -hole", now that's unrealistic AF. And most of the time in the scenerio i just mentioned, the bottom will protest, but the seme will continue after claiming "Sorry, *insert name*, I can't stop now i'm at my limit", or some BS along those lines.
This seems to be a first time for both of them, as shown, with Geum lamenting that "this is how humans feel"(something along those lines) and Taesun, innocently expecting the feeling of being naked in front of Geum would be "like the boys locker room". Having read other BLs where it's a straight seme/uke, they usually always compare it to their experiece with a girl, if they aren't literal virgins. This is literaly one of the most realistic depictions i have come across of someone's first time with a stranger, in a BL.
If you don't want to have sex but are being coerced into it to save someone's life that's not exactly consensual. The being uncomfortable is realistic but the whole thing about doing it to save his grandpa's life and not even enjoying it slightly, is icky.
The definition of coercion: "persuade (an unwilling person) to do something by using force or threats"
Nothing was forced and no one was threatened. If Taesun had protested and Geum replied with "you wanna save your grandpa don't you?", then yes. But he didn't. And Geum telling him earlier that there's nothing more the mortal world could do for his grandpa, can't be counted either, cos 1 it was the truth and 2, the doctor said the same thing to Taesun.
Why would he enjoy it?? Why would you expect him to enjoy it? I get what you're getting at/coming from but him enjoying it off the bat would make no logically sense and would only serve to "lighten" the mood for readers such as yourself but not be beneficial for the story itself.

No there's no feelings in it, they have uncomfortable sex and only the snake seemed to like it, the bottom was persuaded simply to save his family and was uncomfortable the whole time during, in pain, it was basically rape. The art is good but I feel SUPER bad for the bottom, man's working himself to death paying hospital bills and he feels like his only choice us to lay with this snake to save his only living family member and the shut was awful. No feelings whatsoever it made me want it to END as fast as possible. Simply cause the bottom was uncomfortable and in pain.
