Yeah true but at least one person, who he spend his youth with, would think, "he looks just like Pietro when he was young" or something like that
I think that did happen though I forgot what chapter and who said it but he was mistaken for being Pietro at first but then settled to him being Pietro's grandchild or something.

Yk what's weird? Even though he became younger, wouldn't his ppl still recognise him? Since it's his younger version but with just a white hair string, it's really weird that the doctor didn't recognise his face, nor did the CEO who had a panic attack. So unless his features have changed (which doesn't look like to be the case) there should be someone who recognises his younger version immediately.
