So after the intense sex which had gone on for 4 days (and 4 chapters) when jin woke up, Mathew didn't want him to go because someone told Mathew to keep Jin safe so he doesn't get lured into any more danger. Basically what Mathew did was injecting Jin with sedatives as soon as he fell asleep.
Sedatives: an injection that helps you relax your anxiety or insomnia. It causes sleepiness and often used a day before surgeries.
The injection was blue, and the drug that Jin got was red. But he couldn't tell the difference, so when he saw the injection he remembered the director injecting him with a red liquid injection. Its like a blue pill but way worse.
Blue pill: it's a pill that helps men get aroused (hard) easily incase they had a problem with that.
Mathew used sedatives on Jin because he knew that Jin had insomnia so he wanted Jin to have the freedom to sleep enough and calm down his anxiety, which are all the effects of trying to recover from doing harsh drugs (because of his director)
(Back story will be shown after their fight)
And also the injection is said (by a Korean comment) that it was given to Mathew by his teacher, for after drugs effects. And Jin realised that the reason why he kept fainting (sleeping) at Mathew's place is because Mathew would always inject him with sedatives. He pulled Mathew's hair and said "you overdid it" then he couldn't believe that Mathew would "betray" him, Jin thought. He got mad and asked Mathew "how dare you control me?"
Mathew went on to say that Jin doesn't care about what happens to himself, but Mathew cares about Jin, that's why he wanted to protect him, (which were kind of orders from his "teacher" or another man shown from a flashback in the same chapter)
But Mathew fucks up, he says that jin always told Mathew not to do drugs, yet jin "does drugs" himself. And he said that sometimes he doesn't understand one thing since Jin is part of the Mafia. And that the things he did like a thug were exactly like what the director of the orphanage did, said Mathew.
Jin still hasn't fully recovered from the after drug effects, so he got more mad and started beating Mathew as he kept talking about how Mathew's eyes can deceive him and it makes Jin feel like he's nailed to the ground.
After that he got up and put on his clothes. Stupid Mathew felt like it was a good ides to follow him and beg on his knees for Jin to not go. Mathew kept saying "do you not care about yourself?" Yada yada then Jin said, "I don't really care anymore" as he remembered Mathew being beaten up as a kid.
That could mean two things: he doesn't care about himself anymore. Or he doesn't care about Mathew and their relationship statue anymore.
