No she is just the daughter of a countryside lord. She doesn't run her own territory.
She was sent to administer the hinterland with the title, as I recall. I considered as if he had received one of the lower title from her father, which was why she could command the place to her.
But isn't she still a noble as the Lord/Lady of her territory?
