in my opinion even though the baby was a result of SA it's pretty unhinged for you to find the miscarriage as "good". It still probably fucked up Euihyun mentally, same thing with taeju so I can't really blame him for leaving euihyun...since taeju probably thinks how everything is his fault and how he feels that he isn't helping euihyun by being with him. so, author said that they wanted to finish story within 100 chapters, I don’t know how is this shit gonna be resolved in 4 chapters, since euihyn dad still walks free and taeju decided to end things (pussy move btw)
at least rape baby is gone, which is good since euihyun already went through so much suffering, unwanted pregnancy wouldn’t be a good addition to that
