in general yea but DG wasn’t all that delusional, he kept himself in check that this was only about sex and was fine with it till Alex started sending mixed signals, I mean alex got jealous and paranoid about MD being interested in DG so much that he even took it out on him TWICE, Alex was too stupid and clinging to past trauma and couldn’t admit till later that that’s what it was but DG picked up on it that it’s jealousy (so not an entirely feelingless situation),
DG wasn’t ever imagining things, what he was picking up on WAS actually there, Alex had feelings for a while now by their breakup point when Dg finally explicitly asked if Alex loved him and Alex still couldn’t admit it to himself and blurted out stupid shit again
Fifth time reading this and I must say that whenever you enter a fuck buddy relationship, you shouldn't be delusional about making your partner fall in love with you or even feel the same way about you. That's just a one way street to heartbreak...just like our mc. Oh well.
It was really a rollercoaster ride for uke and seme.
Uke is very delusional fanboy and borderline stalker while seme is childish, immature and your typical jerk. I was very annoyed with the uke though, it was like his feelings all throughout blah blah but duuuuude you agreed with the fuckbuddy role and now you're giving meaning to all of his actions, like really that's your modern era of being a delusional one.
Not really feeling any animosity towards the seme tbh since as a person who've experienced having a fuckbuddy, it's not really your fault if you fall in love with them but it's on you if you start giving meaning to any of their actions but yeah.
