I haven't heard of PPP before actually. Though that would make sense. PPD makes you do and think crazy things but I also think she had mental problems before because who holds a grudge for this long over something like that?
I don't think this is post partum depression or at least not PPD on its own, there's also PPP (post partum psychosis). Whatever it is Ichika's mom is clearly just not right in the head
