yes he does! he gave it to him to help save his life when the stepfather took over Baek Sa's body and basically stabbed him with his hand. Because he was going to die and Baek Sa didn't want that. It helped heal his wound etc ^^
I admit I'm a little lost with this dialogue... What is going on? Did baek sa put his dragon orb inside him? ┗( T﹏T )┛
