Just finished tomodachi game

“Rainbow city” it’s so good, the manhwa is pretty new so doesn’t show much of everything that happens in novel BUT ITS STILL SO GOOD
you can NEVER go wrong with Chaepali’s works

I know one that has a lot of twists and it kind of sad it's called solo for Two. It's ongoing but it has a lot of chapters.

maybe read the Manhua Little Mushroom they are quite similar but the bottom is not a doctor or the manwha Monster in the Mist The bottom is a doc there I think but idk about the top.
