In terms of a genuinely beautiful love story, I'd say "Define the relationship" is similar, there's a lot of smut tho (in case you prefer to read SFW).
Another engaging story on the flirtatious side is "Zero Day Attack", good plot and more lighthearted, Shounen Ai.
Otherwise I love "Monochrome Rumor", also body swap but not much romance yet, it's about an idol group and interesting to read!
Another body swap with an interesting premise is " Half of Me", the plot is dark at times but the overall positive is the fact that it's "just" a swap so the Mc can return to his own body!
But on Hiatus sadly....
I know a couple really good ones but those are the only ones that feel similar to me, enjoy :)
Oh and "I became the lousy side Top" is really good too, not exactly body swap but "trapped inside the body of a novel character".
It's really dark tho and there's a lot of anxiety so don't let the cover fool you.
