I saw spoilers in the comments and it matches up with the story so yeahh but they say there's a novel i think, can go try and find

So basically Iheon is still the same Iheon. The one that changed was Huimin. There never was the book, the whole scenario of Iheon being Huimin's best friend was all Huimin's imagination bcs he couldn't cope with reality (the "story" where he was being hurt). The "story" is actually reality and so almost alot of things that happened (such as Huimin cutting himself and wanting to himself) as such in this recent chapter, is actually his memories that he had forgotten.

This is what I've concluded and seen in the comments through alot of spoilers so hopefully it's not false Σ( ￣□￣||)
