Maybe the doctor was trying to say "it may lead to miscarriage" instead of "it's a miscarriage" because the next line was Euihyun being confused saying "Am i pregnant? But I took medicine" so I really really hope that it was the translations that were not clear and the baby is okay . It's too much.
