Although I only read the vietnamese version and I don't fully understand, but I think Kyung Joon went to report what he saw. The question is why, because he thinks Jaeshin seduced Lee Nok, or maybe because Lee Nok lied to him about them being related.
It's bc he is disgusted Nok's gay. Or rather he finds him filthy, and plan to get rid of him. I'm guessing he wants to joind the queen now in order to depose Nok and name her son as the rightfull crown prince.

Already reading season 2, I had the feeling that either So Rib or Kyung Joon would side with the queen and help her in the future. I think it will be Kyung Joon.
