I think it may be someone from his original world he came from. It definitely is someone who has knowledge of the novel, considering how adamant they were of the fact he was going to be an evil dragon. It has to be someone he came across/knows well enough to be able to tell the voice is familiar even with the voice diffuser. Question is, how? and why? they brought both Inferna and mushroom author to this world. They can use magic from the looks of it. Another maybe option, is that the mushroom isn't all that innocent and is playing 2 roles. I just thought it was peculiar how they showed up conveniently at certain times. （￣へ￣）
