My guess is that Taekin and the douche bag got close(if you recall, the teacher lady said something about them spending time together), and he started having feelings for Taekin. That's why he's so pissed about Taekin having a crush on his gym teacher
Imagine if the class president also gay, but he has such closeted family so if the news broke out he will dead. And he bully Taekin because of it? I just wish Taekin will be okay even after he and Heechan got separated.
