Yes it happens to me many times on Lists so everytime I write something I have to make sure to refresh the tab first before writing more in my review..
Also if my list has 200 titles in I can't write on the review section because it gets deleted all the time I hit save so have to make sure my list is only 199 if I wanna be able to write stuff for notes
It so frustrating I'll start to refresh like you do and see it that helps at all hopefully it will thank you
I save certain things in the comments section then click it so only I can see and it disappears when I go back to it it's starting to really piss me off cause I write notes to remind me of what's happened
