I'm currently finishing up the final part of Mitsumei and then planning to work on completing Shoowa's Papa's Assassin Vol.2 since only 1 chapter was uploaded back in August of 2016, and I love that manga! I think he likes the cat and mouse nature of their relationship. He's also really skiddish and doesn't know how to be in a "normal" relationship. I quote normal because wtf is normal anyway nowadays? But you get my drift. I think he's also irritated that Sudo won't admit that he's in love with him and still threatens him with taking him to the station so he'll dangle himself in front of Sudo like a yummy treat. I also think that HAG's character is truly a prankster at heart who likes having fun with the one he loves. He bullies by using disguises and likes to see Sudo confused, which makes him even more lovable and endearing. That's just my opinion, I could be totally wrong :)

And I totally agree with you, although It would have been nice to see a more touching ending, but of course is the autor decision
