All I can say is don't worry, Derrick will never have a chance in their lifetime to be close to Penelope as her brother. He ain't gonna get the dirty ending he fantasizes nor the peaceful family ending.
Also, Yvonne my girl is a victim. She deserves to get her happy ending too if given the chance to reincarnate. That b*tch Leila (or Laila) should be the one receiving the hate. She stole the poor girl's body and Yvonne gets broken everytime too. If only the real Yvonne made it, Penelope and her can be besties fr.

it makes sense that yvonne isn’t actually yvonne, given penelope isn’t actually penelope either. maybe in a world without a game or story they couldve come together and both been happy. ohwell, instead we have suffering :’)
and yknow what. given what happens a lot in the beginning of this story, i shouldnt be surprised ppl cant use their brains for longer than 3 seconds, i mean i literally guessed thats whatll happen, but damn, i was hoping more ppl will learn how to rub neurons together.

Penelope is actually Penelope! Her soul fragments were shattered into pieces I believe and the current Penelope, the previous "evil Penelope" and the modern world past life black haired version of Penelope are all Penelope! Just different realities if you get what I mean but are all from the same soul since it was shattered after (I forgot his name) White haired wizard turned back time again to save the world from evil Yvonne and Penelope is the only one who can save the world. And now Penelope is back in her real form! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Yup, you're right. However, sadly her soul wasn't shattered because of turning back the time. It shattered after countless of tragedies she repeatedly endured for everytime the world restarts or something again. Everytime Leila succeeds just like the game and bring havoc later on. Penelope's soul breaks and time gets rewind again by the ancient magician (?)(anyways it involves the white haired guy). The reason why a fragment of her soul got reincarnated to the modern world is because Penelope's soul shattered to the point that it can no longer withstand all that sh*t. Still our Penelope is the original Penelope but not our whole OG Penelope. Because only a fragment of OG Penelope survived.
oh wait, that’s actually so interesting. gives a reason as to why she (modern world black-haired lady) was isekaid beyond the basic “well they died i guess”

honestly i stopped reading a while ago, it was paining me too much. i read spoilers a while ago and it seems i came right at the point the spoilers described. drat. at least i avoided the yvonne comeback arc, was Not in the mood for that bullshit. i was right abt kallisto, mans is rlly the only one giving. the fact that the dad and the pink haired brother are having inklings of a redemption arc (or at least learning their lesson, regardless of penelope accepting apologies or forgiving them) is awesome too.
not surprised abt derrick, brainwashed or not hes terrible. if he even tries to alleviate his guilt by talking to penelope when she wakes up (right? spoilers said she will) i will blow a gasket. i want him to stew in it for the rest of his life. he doesnt get to ever ever EVER. alleviate his guilt. he should die knowing he fucked everything up, carry that feeling to his grave. the least he deserves.

one thing i find interesting is that everyone alr saw penelope drink out of her goblet and not die the first time. so for her to boldly be like “our goblets are switched” and then drink and die… like surely the guests and the family aren’t dumb. i don’t remember exactly how dumb everyone is, but surely 2+2 = clearly a ploy by yvonne to frame penelope again. anywho. pls cast yvonne away, throw derrick out too, and let penelope live w the prince happily ever after. the duke and pink haired brother can visit.
