As a black coffee drinker I can confirm that it is an acquired taste. I used to drink it with milk and sugar, then gradually less sugar.. less milk.
Don’t get me wrong, I will drink it with milk and honey but not on regular basis
I heavily relate to that coffee dislike. Sometimes coffee fanatics forget that some people hate the drink no matter how sweetened (and in some cases like me, even hate the smell). I'll stick tea for my caffeine intake, thanks.
I don't mind reading about coffee being this amazing drink, but I'm always curious how they'd deal with a coffee hater but they just never get around to it.
Fr, I feel exactly the same! The duchess' lofi coffee house was especially difficult for me to read. At least this one has non-coffee drinks like smoothies

Getting into this i truly did not expect the villainy to be venture capitalism by the 1% yet here we are. In great detail at that. Also, I don’t think coffee people realize that the bitter drink will not appeal to everyone, regardless of how well it’s brewed. Maybe with milk/sugar, but I’d rather have a strong black tea any day.
