Basically dude was in a party he got someone who was going to have s"x w them but he got a nosebleed and the girl went to find more tissues for the bleeding, a deranged dude got into the room and stabbed him to death. A voice called out to him if he really REALLY wanted to live. Ofc he said yes, he doesn't wanna die virgin. He got resurrected as the hero but as a Frankenstein (the common folks doesn't know except him, the priestess was also like him and the elf that did the ritual)
The voice calling out was the hero who didn't want to be resurrected so he proposed a soul swap. He had a part of him gone exchanged to keep his heart WHICH WAS HIS BALLS. So now he has motivation to defeat the demon king. Which is to get his balls back n not die a virgin.
