Okay guys, I’ve read again the first chapter, let’s put to the side the feeling of impeding doom coming but maybe the one reading the letter at the start is her father and not one of our MCs

I'm sure it's the ML as there is a firefly on his hand as he holds the letter, and throughout the manga, fireflies have been very symbolic.

That to say, I'm hoping they get married and this is a letter she left him to read to tell him she enjoyed her life and time with him.
