Spoilers:
I think they’re talking about the kidnapping incident where mc, Lize, and the mother all get kidnapped by mc’s brother. Mc is separated from the two and beat up/tortured. The other two end up getting saved by cliff and they don’t even look for Mc. They automatically believe that the Mc was working with her brother and label her as a wanted criminal. She escapes herself and finds out she’s wanted. She ends up getting captured, and during the trial, she finally accepts her death at the hands of Killian, who’s there at the trial. This is the last rule the author made, which causes all of the author’s authority to vanish.
Killian was pissed that they didn’t even look for mc and automatically branded her as a villain. After this, he takes Mc back to his territory, wanting to make sure she’s away from his family. After that, I heard it’s more fluff about them together, away from other people being dicks.

during the war, she gets held captive in a dungeon under her "father"s house, totally abused and beaten BEYOND RECOGNITION, the "father" loses the battle (duh), but nobody finds her or releases her from the dungeon. eventually she is able to bribe some men by selling the necklace killian gave her in order to get out of there. She then tries to make her way back to killian and the rudwicks. the whole time this is happening, bc they cant find her, the rudwicks (except for killian) all think she was in on it and is a traitor. killian, as i said, doesn't believe this, and eventually finds her (BEATEN AND BRUISED) trying to make her way back. i dont know any spoilers after this :((
I said this in my previous reply haha:
The last rule/exception the author made was “accept your death at the hands of Killian” or something like that. They made it because they believed she would never be able to. However, during the trial, after she was captured, she accepts her death and breaks the last rule. The author loses all their authority on the story because of that. Also, Killian never doubted her and takes her away to his territory. They have a fluffy married life after that.

when edith was in the prison cell after being caught by rudwicks lize tries to frame her by bringing hot water to warm her up, and using that to injure herself with a knife. killian and and cliff come there after hearing the commotion and lize kept saying how edith hurt her. cliff automatically believes her but killian disproves the situation since the knife was warm (edith was freezing cold, lize had the hot water LOL), and there's no way edith could've reached out from the prison cell bars and injure lize like that.
it's satisfying to watch but my heart always breaks for edith :(
I just can’t. I don’t think I can take it for the next chapters. It’s so nerve wrecking and my stomach hurt just thinking about it. After reading spoilers I thought I would be ready for it, but now that we’re so close to those chapters I don’t think I can hold my tears in. The angst is ansting.
