The first half is a lot of pain, but it gets reaaaaaaaaally good. Best redemption arc ever.

I mean if you are alright with “forgiving” some people are still upset about Taeju’s action and doesn't forgive me (aka me) but there’s others who accept his progress. It all depends on what you see. I can say his “redemption” is amazing even though no grapist should be forgiven.

Okay as an example i hate hate hated painter of the night, the ukes suffering was never ending and seme was an utter trash, i dropped it right there, tho many PPL said it has became the best I'm not going back , I don't wanna go back, i just know semes actions were never forgiveble, not just sexual assault, the suffering bro ...does this apply to this story?

theres a worse r@pe scene down the line but it was bc the seme went into rut
the uke does suffer a bit bc of the stress he feels
but i felt like the semes redemption was a bit better that painter of the night because he was doing his best to ask for forgiveness. (and still is)
there is still a way to go in their relationship

but if you dont like toxic at all i wouldnt read this one the beginning is a bit of a mess i think

Yea i generally don't like too much toxicity and politics, but Yea I've been reading this , almost 20 chapters finished now, weird enough i kind of peaked into middle chapters as I got intrested in this with a single scene edit from Instagram *spoiler* bathtub scene and teajus wish for him to live. And I was like goddd...i can't miss the back story. Yea and so I'm reading now , and teajoo is defenetly a red flag for now , but he's not purposely trying to make ukes his life more and pathetic, he's trying to help i think, that tho cuz he has an ulterior motive, but I'm hoping for the best ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

I mean. He actually is trying to make his life more terrible, holding him hostage with dept that wasnt even his. Its one of the main plots of the series. BUT when taeju finally understands his feelings things change for him (but not for Euihyun) its very interesting because its a veey difficult matter where you know both characters started in a way and ended up changing a lot but it still doesnt heal what happened in the past. Imo its still worth reading!
