The poppies in the greek mythology symbol sleep , death , peace and rebirth .
The " good meaning " is success , good fortune and romantic love .
But poppy fields represent the ones who lost their lives in WW1 .
Me , personally , I think it's the second one but the first one is kinda making sense in the way that mc doesn't have that much time to live ( yk her illness but I hope she doesn't die )
