I don't get what problem you have, maybe you have double standards to Man and woman because ML also is rather weak. Not every woman have to be a "badass".
I would’ve said that I don’t have a problem but I do have a problem. Don’t go assuming I have some sort of double standards because then I will assume such things of you as well. I don’t mind me some weak characters at all, I’m fact — I enjoy them. But her character is TOO weak. Especially since she’s been living in that environment for a while now. Considering that she’s another queen or princess, you would think she’d know her environment by now, how to react and such. But she doesn’t and that’s what tickling my bad bone.
She finds herself in an environment she doesn't understand and almost everyone hates her, even the maids don't respond to her. You can't learn to be a leader when you're treated like someone worthless, and because she has a fragile personality, she can't become someone strong by herself. She is NOT too weak.
She IS too weak. I would understand her situation though. Having no one to back you up from someone’s authority — from the authority of the Queen, of course it would be hard. But that’s why you try to find people, you learn to manipulate others with the items you have. I like ladies who have a timid personality in mangas but this is just borderline weak when you have been living like this for years. But I also understand it now that I think a bit more of it. Just hoping that she’ll soon break out of those chains.
I love this so much! I love the FL and ML and I just love the plot in this. It’s so freaking funny and I enjoy it. Only recent thing I’m not enjoying is the side of the Princess??? Queen??? That seemed to show up so weak. Like — girl, this is your environment! Grow some nonexistent balls and courage! If you want to survive, that is. I still feel bad for her ofc but come on!
