Yeah, I knew they were going to do a split to wrap it up nearly. But their daughter 100% ain't gonna take no sh*t so she gets the sword.

She'll probably grow up to be like Leah from 'Bring the Love'. Love to see a female knight in these types of stories (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I just finished that one! I only found it two weeks ago. Yes, Leah was fantastic. It still says ongoing on the page but it definitely looks like the series is over. Kinda wished she kept to wanting those ten kids. At least half would be a well-trained army. Hahaha.

Too bad the comic This Girl is a Little Wild didn't get to continue. The novel, however, is complete and translated so if you haven't checked that out, I would recommend it (called The Sword and the Dress.) Roel looks like Leah at first and the court ladies taught her some naughty stuff so she's not entirely clueless in how to flirt and kiss (she didn't know it was bad until her superior found out.)

Light and Shadow was good too, a gender bend situation. Hm, the longer I ponder, the more I think of but it makes me want to reread them. TTFM.

I know! Just started rereading Bring the love and honestly just love it! Yeah i think its done too tbh, not sure why the ongoing is still there...

Looks like i've read The Girl is a little wild, sad to hear it been dropped ╥﹏╥ since although i can't really remember it or when i read it, i left thus comment on it:
"Highly entertaining! Character development is consistent and plot is easy to follow, with intriguing twists. Definitely recommend. I hope season 2 brings the same or even better energy."
So i must have really enjoyed it, wil, probably give it another go ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ refresh the memory!

As for Light & Shadow, it's on my 'want to read' probably cos it wasn't complete when i came across it the first time. But looks like its ended now, so will start it this week (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜 Thanks for the heads up!!

    Okay, more suggestions:

    Otoyomonogatari-
Focuses on the women 80% of the time and some of them are quite self-sufficient (plus, the art is beautiful and it's based on a historical time period on the silk road.)

    Miriam-
A bit softer but Miriam is still a force to be reconned with, even if she doesn't operate a weapon most of the time. (Complete)

    Kanata kara-
Same author as above. Noriko may not be physically strong but she definitely overcomes her discomfort at being in a new place and against forces stronger than her with a can-do attitude. (Complete)

    Mizutama honey boy-
It's been a while but the main girl in this romance is a heir to a kendo dojo and slowly falls for a girlier guy (not action packed.) (Complete)

    Emperor and the female knight-
I love Paul, even though she doesn't know what love is until the later quarter of the series. (Complete)

    The villain discovered my identity-
Selena used to be an Olympic kendo athlete who broke her arm, got hit by truck-kun, and was reborn into a novel as the older twin to a strong swordsman. Her brother dips right before his required military service some she takes his place.

    For better or worse-
Starts off with a take-no-crap attitude, Dylan navigates the narrative she knows already due to reading it in a book. (Complete)

    Crimson Karma-
She was built to be a one-woman army, pretty much. (Complete)

(I wasn't going to spell this out. German female soldier enters a temporary marriage with the yeti if the north in what is considered one of the toughest places to live at the time. Complete)

The strongest hero party wants to know love-
Follows the team but the whole cast is growing on me.

    Lady Crystal is a man-
Gender bend. Romance for sure but the MC isn't the character this list is entirely focused on. Might not be your cup of tea but it's complete.

Aristite is blessed with a curse-
Not blessed, just always a girl filling in the knight role for a relative.

The second male lead is actually a girl-
Magically powerful. Gender bend due to crappy father and misogyny.

    Cinderella isn't me-
Rejected for being common, found to be the daughter and heir of a duke. Crash course on fencing.

    Another typical reincarnation story-
She was the hero in her prior life and queen but after being taken back to her youth, she's weak and needs to make a deal with a bear of a man.

    I'll save this damn family-
Weight loss through diet and exercise, adopting an axe.

    Priscilla's marriage request-
Demoted to mercenary, sent back to youth and becomes magically powerful instead.

*Sigh* That's all I have recorded in my lists. I know there are some that are on the fence of having a similar vibe but if they're on this list, I felt comfortable enough to recommend them.
