Me too, he got upset when Karen was like "Cecil didn't like fish as a child" plus the actual Cecil knows nothing about the view from the tower, also Noah said the girl he loves never wanted to be queen, which seems like something our MC would say so yeah this is just a waiting game
so my guess is that Noah is obviously Cecil, but he gave up the name and the title for ichika, then Karen came and broke his heart by being Karen. now im just waiting for when everyones true identity's are revealed cause I have a feeling its going to take forever!
