the “i was born to meet you” gets me so bad every time i read this i think the fact that the backstory is so vague makes this story hit a lot harder, it’s more about the unconditional love that comes with a family who loves and needs each other rather than making us feel pity for the characters. we don’t know much or anything at all for that matter, abt where towa came from but regardless of that he has a family who loves him and naguru ,who had his own complexities, felt the missing puzzle piece go into place when he met towa like im sorry this author was a genius for this. if they decided to elaborate on the backstory in the future in a different volume that would be interesting too but im kinda glad they didn’t for this one :3
