Ok imma explain the best I can cause it's a bit hard to explain in words T^T
Cirrus felt these strong emotions of betrayal, jealousy, anger and sadness towards his Chanil. But deep down he knows he can't get mad at Chanil because he did nothing wrong. He's frustrated of his belief that Chanil only befriended him because he pitied him. He thought he was a someone special to him. He's frustrated that he doubts his feelings for Skylar because of Chanil. Since he thinks that Skylar only dated him since Chanil wouldn't accept Skylars feelings. All of his anger, all of his turmoil comes from Chanil but Chanil did nothing but exist. So he can't get mad at him even though he wants to so badly. He wants to scream and shout at him for messing with his life but he knows he did nothing so he can't. Him saying "go ask ri-in" was a way of him having his emotions of anger out. Relieving his frustration that's been building up in himself. To put it into a perspective, it's like when you are having a terrible day. Your cat puked on the carpet, the bus is late, you're late for work, you're boss scolds you for being tardy, customers are just being absolutely hard to deal with, your bus to home is late. All of these things just build and build you anger and when you make it home. Something just brings you over the line and makes you rage. That is what Cirrus is basically feeling and that's why he did that to Chanil.

You explained it very good (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
And I don't think it's wrong for Cirrus say that he should ask ri-in. She didn't said where she was going when run off, he only knows bc he followed her. So what he should do is ask her nicely what happened that day, why she ran off, if everything is okay and that stuff, plus she told him that she will explain later, so it will not be out of line for him to ask too, I don't really think he should get that mad on Cirrus neither with ri-in when he don't know nothing and only jumps to conclusions on his own
Why did Cirrus tell him to go ask Ri-in? Why does Chan-il got beef with him?
