Just searched for it bc I got curious too, but it actually quite low imo, since she has many reasons to lead to more years in jail. Hit and runs can lead to even 15 years, and since the damage to the victim was grave (he went into a coma) she was judged as a adult, + not having a driving license + potential risk to others by reckless driving + exposed assault/bullying of Hyunwoo previously... Quite a big list
You’re telling me she got 5 years because she hit an intoxicated man that was jaywalking? I get she fled from the scene but really???
