I think most of them are going to be the pets or whatever they're called (like peace) and that's why he's taking care of all the beasts?? and that's why he has that whole kindergarten for them?? (I forgot what it's called lol) I can't imagine that it will be easy to implement 50 CHARACTERS into a story soooo
Maybe that would make more sense but it said S class hunters so I just assumed ppl only

His plan was to raise as many S-Monsters as possible since the S rankers are rare to find if he didn't want his skill to be found out. Since it's out now we may see new characters (or old ones that haven't been seen since 20+ chapters, like the water/ice kid and the one doing the SS-weapons)
I think even our MC forgot he’s supposed to get 50 in 5 yrs but I haven’t seen any new people at all
