The webtoon is really confusing with how it presents their past, so I've tried to put it together into a timeline.
First things first, I believe the ages in the manhwa are wrong (because Korean ages are one year older than Western ages). So where it says they are both currently 28, they're actually 27. When Dohyun gets hit on the back 18 times for his birthday, that's actually his 17th birthday.
Sungho and Dohyun met in their first year of high school when they were in the same class together. Sungho's birthday is March 1st (first day of the school year but a public holiday), so he's 16 right at the start. Dohyun is 15 but he turns 16 that year in September.
Sometime in spring Sungho and Dohyun become friends and hang out in the warehouse together. In the summer (ch 41, based on how hot it seems to be) Dohyun develops feelings for Sungho. He kisses Sungho but Sungho rejects him. But they carry on being friends (ch 43, 45) Sometime before the end of first year (sep-feb I'm guessing, based on their clothes in ch 45) Sungho kisses Dohyun back, and tells him he doesn't feel the same way but he can handle a kiss.
Then they get split up into different classes when they go into their second year (ch 45). Sungho is 17 in this year and Dohyun is 16 until September. It's harder for them to hang out and Dohyun starts to distance himself, believing it to be inevitable (ch 45). In March Sungho goes into hospital for an appendectomy and Dohyun doesn't seem to notice he was gone (ch 24 & 45). In Sungho's diary he's unhappy about them not spending time together (ch 24)
August 25th Sungho has sex with Dohyun to try to stop them drifting apart. Dohyun does it for the same reasons, to give Sungho a reason to stay (ch 45) They carry on having sex until October, when Dohyun leaves Sungho in the warehouse. The relationship ends disastrously and Sungho drops out of school (ch 50). Dohyun feels betrayed and resolves to forget about it We don't know what happened after but I'm assuming they never met again.
They knew each other in high school for 1 year and 8 months in total. They were friends for 1 year 6 months and in a sexual relationship for around 2 months
