Well that's my issue coz she isn't supposed to love Theon to this extent even after Ethan's confession. It shouldn't be love but rather guilt like u have said but shouldn't she also feel guilt Ethan then? The past w Theon is slowly fading off but it's taking too much time and annoying(we can see how her mind is now diverting towards Ethan even when she is w Theon, but this part keeps dragging off which is a bit annoying)

Hmm, I doesn't seem like she really wants to be with theon because of love but more because of her guilt. She feels that it's her responsibility to make the on happy after the disaster that was their previous life. So the choice for her isn't between love with two mls but rather between the guilt she feels for one and her budding affection for another.
