Because they are updated every week, full in colour and some of them have far more interesting stories and character development than regular mangas. Yes there are mangas released every week but, none of them are Bl.

Anyway we'll see how it goes, but in the case it would somehow affect it, the English comic market isn't the center of the world. There's plenty of money for her to make in the Japanese and French, which already bring much more money in the manga market than America (which has always been on some sort of life support).

I like European comics, most of them are coloured by hand and you can see the effort they put to create them. There are some youtube videos about it and according to one of them, it takes 40 minutes just to create one panel. I like comics, mangas and manhwas just the same but, that kind of effort is something I really respect.

Korea and Japan have a hardcore competition that's not limited to manga.

That'a possibility. While I love so much mangas, I need to accept that the korean webtoons I read till now have completely adult and interesting stories. Take the yuri genre: almost 70 % (japanese) are stories involving teen agers. I want to see sexy adults, not teenies. The same goes for BL. I would like to see two sexy adult men, not schoolmates (with all due respect).

This anon already did. I'm only reading Finder because I want to see how it will end, even though using Finder and end in the same sentence feels like a wishful thinking.
P.S: If you like this manga you will love Blood Bank.

One person isn't a reflection of the majority. I have a hard time seeing people here completely abandon a series they like for the sake of another one. Maybe it's just me?
I wouldn't be so sure, I'm actually quite picky on the art when reading comics. Digital drawings feel so cold. Besides, it's a paid comic, why the hell is it on mangago...

Um, you're still reading it. I don't think you fully understand what "migrate" means.

Not sure what kind of yaoi you've been reading, I can barely think of any that I've read that were about teenagers.
But well, this all seems to be a niche of a niche. It seems like what Seinens are to Shonen. In theory more "sophisticated" stories, but they still seem to sell less than their counterpart.
Also Josei and shojo. Josei is deader than dead.

At the starting I was talking more about korean yuri webtoons than yaoi. And also in the BL genre there are many stories where the characters -even if not teen agers- look less manly and almost as 'kids' (Okane ga nai). Hidoku shinaide is a famous story, but, you know, I'm a completely adult person and I don't get aroused looking high schoolers going at it (with few exceptions). That's it. The only almost teen uke (18 y) I like and who makes me aroused is Prince Vald (to be honest) ^^

Fist, I pay for it why do you assume I read it on here? Second drawings might impress you digital art is not that easy as it looks, as long as you know how to do it correctly it can look alive as traditional. You won't know whether you like it or not without reading it.
And finally can you really blame me for preferring a comic that updates every week instead of god knows when? At this point I don't even remember what Finder's earlier chapters was like.

Why do you assume that I assumed you read it on here? I simply noticed it's on here, you're reading too far in what I said.
It's not about if it's easier or not, it's about just feeling a tad lifeless to me. I'm well acquainted with it actually, I've been through a bunch of mediums. But to me it looses something. It's less organic. Oil, pencil etc. have a certain charm to them. It's personal preference. Can't I feel that way?
I've never blamed you or anyone for that, read again what I said O.o.

Don't care. Yupp there are bunch of very good Bl manhwa that updates once a week (or two weeks) which is good....I have many bl that i can wait for every week ("what lies at the end" is soo yummy and "warehouse" is soo damn interestingg, and so many..)
but BIG NO. They will NEVER RPLACE Viewfinder as a top bl manga in my heart. Asami has a special place here *touch my breast..I mean..chest* that even hideyuki Maya or victor nikiforov couldn't take the spot though i love them so much.
9 Years...I've been reading this for nine fckin years, but yess I still love it. No...I mean..I'm still obsessed with it.

In all honesty, I still read like 3 mangas; Finder, Platinum End and One Piece (and Berserk has been tempting me lately, dear god that art and I've heard the story's great too). Actually also Black Butler lowkey, I've lost interest to be honest. I'm veeery picky about both art and story, and simply my life doesn't revolve around reading, time goes by too fast to worry about releases, so I'm quite patient and when chapters upload no matter when, it's always a nice surprise ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭.
So I think I have a better idea than you for what I'll enjoy or not :). Nothing against that webcomic, just not my thing. Plus they look like teenagers :S
Another month is so long. This is no good. I mean, the competition has become stiff thanks to the emergence of Manhwa and webcomic or whatever new out there. I fear that this beloved series will lose steam.
