If you're passionate about it, why not? However, I think it's also important to consider practicality. Being an educator is a stable career, but if your goal is to be wealthy, then it's not a career that will make you rich, unless you have a side hustle. Nonetheless, I think being an educator is a very fulfilling job and it's highly respected.
