If its a past within a lifetime, ofcourse, I wouldnt have expected a person to just move on. But we are talking about a lifetime that happened many hundred years ago. Martina already spent one lifetime in suffering and regret. As the present Astina, she has to seperate Astina from Martina. Reborn mean restarting, not re-starting.

I dont understand Astina. Like how Theo isnt Tereod, she should understand that she is also not Martina. Even if she has Martina's memories, she is living a different life and should move on.
