Omg wait wild crack thought. What if iruma is the reincarnated version of derkila, but since he is human he doesn't thave magic. So his magic and everything is store in the gluttony ring as alikred and that's why the 2 sync so much and why the gluttony ring acts and is different to iruma compared to other potential users in the past.
And like, why the ring attached itself to iruma when he was taking in his rank badge because other stuff reasons like the ring protects iruma first to somewhat make him demonlike enough to handle demon ranks thing the netherworld runs under
