THE ONLY WAY...

... I would remotely even consider this relationship btw the ML and FL is if there is some distance, no contact and time skip... then maybe...

BUT

If they continue interacting like this then it is just grooming cause no matter how grown she feels she is, he still does not know that, he sees her as a child (which she is), a smart one but nonetheless a child AND still decides to start some sort of a relationship with her and wanting a small child to smile at him and what not...

we need separation for it to be believable ...

I have to point out though, that in the HISTORICAL FANTASY SETTING that this world is in, marrying early is normal. Having fiances, considering who to become betrothed to from eligible familes early on is very normal. Like how it was before the 20th century. Just because 21st century made it so that we have standards and laws against it, doesn't mean it didn't happen nor that its correct.

It's okay to feel triggered of course, but please lets not discount the realism that the author was going for. And that's what this is with the 2 male leads. The pink reynold looking ass guy is likely still not looking into "possibilities" because his station and situation does not allow for it. While the black haired guy with the awful name, CONSIDERS Nerys as a possibility because he's going to be a Grand Duke and one of the most pressing thing about that is getting an eligible partner who he can trust and whom he knows can handle shit. It makes sense. Heck, both of them aren't even being inappropriate in any level of the word.

realism??? fantasy??? this is about a regressed lady who somehow went back in time in a society that maybe does not have magic?????

Please, the Author can do whatever she likes. This is the world solely controlled by the Author's whims...

Where in the world will we have the means to do regression? Hence, fantasy. And the author does aim to do a bit of historical realism and/or accuracy

in that sense, she can do a "FANTASY" where the girl child is not sexualized ??? or does it sound so impossible for a fantasy writer ???

You can't just take out the Historical part there. It's a historical fantasy setting. I don't even think they're as sexualized as you make it out to be in the context of they're part of the Royalty and Nobility. I don't condone it in the modern context but you have to understand that in the era that this is set in, this is normal. It's not even the worst part of that era that's shown.

Let's not forget that we live in the 21th century where age gaps like this is WILD AF and accept that this kind of work is bound to get hated for. And ppl in the historical times did not always go for 14 yr old girls, there r a lot who actually dates someone within their age. The author probably has a thing for age gaps, cuz yk damn well how easy it is to make the ml the same age as her lmao. Making him older than her has no big impact to the story, even if the setting is set to the historical times. I mean, like just go look for other manhwas that has the same setting, the fls r either 1 or 2 yrs younger than the ml. If the author wanted to, they could've written it where the ml is at least 15. But nope, had to make it weird.

Exactly my point… I was legit surprised at the “historical” angle argument… it was bizarre. I mean, she regressed, that means logic and accuracy is out the door …

They only make points that makes their argument look good, but won't consider other factors. I mean, look at them not responding to my comment lmfao. His big age literally has no impact on the story at all, they could've literally just made him around her age, ORRR made them meet when she's at the appropriate age. But noooo, they have to meet when she's a freshman, and he's 3 yrs her senior. Just imagine a literal grade 8 and grade 11 LMFAOO that's wild.

I keep on saying that I don't discount any of your opinions. I did not reply to your other comment because this is a topic where its always going to be divided and you are obviously already set in your opinion. It's not really worth it to discuss this when this is just fiction and I don't really care enough to restate my opinion about it again and again. Have a nice day!
