I too can't understand
i reread this recently wondering the same thing, from context clues i think he might like his gentle hands, handsome face, his subtle "kind" gestures like how he mentions that wooyeon never lets him carry heavy things. inseob might be the kind of "i can fix him!" guy who sees a softness in wooyeon no one else can see haha
it's because of Woyeon's face card, that and apparently because Woyeon's been touching him gently these past few chapters, like the way Woyeon's caresses felt gentle which tugged at Inseob's heart strings lol
it's not really the "I can fix him" mentality, he's really a sucker for Woyeon's face and gentle touches lol
i mean in the past he was a "little" nice and they were in school
ive also had a crush on a total asshole of a man who just used me for my body so im not completely surprised our poor in seob is a victim
