i think you are misreading it. he said "don't push me away too much or you are the one who will get hurt" in the sense that Seo will end up hurting his own feelings if he forces himself to push blondie away. and blondie even starts the whole conversation with "I won't bother you anymore and I'm okay with whatever relationship you want" I don't think that's guilt-tripping, especially when he's literally gonna live for Milan for 2 years
