I grew up thinking that having a soulmate is so romantic, the feeling of two souls finding one another in each lifetime, having love that transcends time and space is like hella romantic, but its just not how stories portray soulmates anymore. Like bl mangas and manwhas rarely portray soulmates in a romantic way. In all honesty, its rarely portrayed that way anymore. Its always just this uncontrollable lust towards each other. Like the undeniable pull is supposed to be because your souls will always remember and love one another even when you dont remember your past lives. Why cant they write it like that in omegaverse as well, like make fated pairs mors romantic and shit.
