To put it simply, just stretch out what's happening now and you got the whole story. The whole 70+ of it. I can't say specifics coz I didn't bother using MTL for the pages as everything just tired me out with browsing it.
Just on chapter 43. I rememb reading the raws and thinking whole time reading it wasn't worth it.
