The plot is that jooha had such a sad and abuse filled life that even he probably doesnt know his talents and passions etc. cuz he didnt have the time or opportunity to find them out. So we see jooha who is simply trying to survive. And after the amnesia we see him trying to figure out what his life was like, especially his relationship with dooshik but also we see more clearly that his talent and passion is most likely cooking, since thats what he goes to classes for. Dont like the mc or their portrayal or their role in the plot? U dont have to read it. Like u said, its a common story in the bl world lol.
