Poor author! Prob under a lot of pressure. Same thing happens with sailor moon Crystal when s1 first came out. So much derp those poor animators!
I think the are style didn't change that much, but I'm aware that it has down graded from the first few chapters and I think it's the artist working on it base on how much they're getting paid for.
