Doesn't he just get embarrassed after Rise reveals her true colours? It's been a while since I've read it lol

Basically yeah…he and his wife just end up feeling ashamed and embarrassed after she reveals her true colors. Thats why i like the way they are doing it in the manwha. It seems like everyone will get what’s deserved be it getting hit or cursed out(hopefully) lmao

He does get embarrassed, but during the time the story is set getting embarrassed for such a big mistake made by a person such as him is huge enough for him to loose his face.

From what i remember after all went down, the duke and his wife doesn't go out much and just sits at home wallowing in their wrong decisions.

I think an aftermath like that is the most fitting for them than dying or anything.

Fr they're (mostly) father is bystander... it's already disgusting how he preferentially one kid...so his common judgment already biased for me, his word just utterly sheet along the way... so not actual death deserve on him, just being dumb nuttz father I think is fine
