Since ruby does not care anymore she stood up against cesare because she had enough. Cesare got very angry with her because she isnt listening to him(he wants her to go back to romania with him). He gets mad and pulls ruby into a room full with mirrors. But ruby made sure they were being seen by freyas brother in case an emergency occurs. They started arguing and cesare pushed her out of anger against many mirros so she got hurt and bruised up a lot. Since freyas brother saw them together he told freya about that and since freya thought she will finally catch them during an intimate scene. She tells izek, ellen etc about that. They come to the room and yeah they will see a bloody ruby close to death. Izek and cesare start to fight but because ruby needed urgent medical aid and because of the monster rampage (cesares plan) cesare escapes. But dont worry izek finds him and kills him.
